How booking works

Choose an open time and tell us about your player. Consultations are limited each week; if none are open, join the waitlist.
Pay online before the session, unless it is part of a package. The payment link is in your confirmation email.
Before the first session, a parent or guardian signs a one-time waiver, sent by email.
After the consultation, we recommend a plan. The consultation fee is credited toward an 8+ session package if you enroll within 30 days.

Consultations and sessions need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows owe the full fee (see the refund and cancellation policy). Details for memberships and camps will be posted here when they open.

Payments

ATV Premier collects team and facility fees from families and pays facility and event costs for the teams we support. Families can pay online. Amounts and due dates are set out in your team's fee schedule.

Pay team fees

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. ATV Premier never sees or stores your full card or bank account number. Charges appear on your statement from ATV Premier. At checkout, use the email address your team has on file and enter the player's name if asked, so we can match your payment.
