ATV Premier Limited CompanyLesson Package Terms

These terms cover packages of 8 or more private instruction sessions bought from ATV Premier Limited Company ("ATV Premier", "we") for training at The Barn. The rule behind them is simple: what you pay should match the sessions you receive. Anything these terms don't cover follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Price
- A package costs the number of sessions times the single-session price on the day you buy it.
- Paid in full: 15% off.
- Paid through a payment plan with UGA Finance: full price. Your agreement with UGA Finance governs those payments.
- If you enroll within 30 days of a player consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward the package.
How long a package lasts
- Sessions are good for 6 months from purchase.
- If sessions remain at 6 months, we extend the package once, automatically, by one month.
- Sessions still unused after that are handled as a cancellation (below).
Booking and missed sessions
- Book each session on our booking page.
- Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A session cancelled later, or missed, counts as used.
- If we cancel a session, it goes back into your package.
Cancelling a package
- Sessions you have used are charged at the per-session price you paid for the package.
- Unused sessions are refunded, less a cancellation fee of one single-session price at the time you cancel. The fee is never more than your unused balance.
- For a package paid through UGA Finance, the refund goes to UGA Finance to reduce what you owe.
- If we cannot continue providing sessions, we refund all unused sessions with no cancellation fee.
Transfers
- Unused sessions may pass to another player in the same household. That player needs their own signed waiver and, if new to The Barn, a player consultation first.
Injury or illness
- With a doctor's note, you may pause the package for up to 3 months, which stops the 6-month clock, or cancel without the cancellation fee.
- Payments to UGA Finance continue during a pause.
