Who we are

This website is operated by ATV Premier Limited Company, a Missouri limited liability company ("ATV Premier", "we"). We handle team fees and payments for youth fastpitch softball teams we support, and we are developing The Barn, an indoor softball facility in Weston, Missouri, which is not yet open to the public.

Fees

Each team's written fee schedule sets the fees, due dates and any payment options for that team. By paying through this website, you confirm that you are paying on behalf of a registered player or family and that the amount is one you owe or choose to pay toward that player's account.

Online payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you authorize ATV Premier to charge the card or debit the bank account you provide for the amount shown at checkout. If you pay by bank account, you also agree to the debit authorization presented at checkout. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

Third-party financing

If you finance a payment through a third-party provider, that provider's agreement and disclosures govern the financing. ATV Premier is not the lender.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Participation

Participation in any activity is governed by the participation agreement and release of liability signed for each player. Nothing on this website changes those agreements.

Team names and branding

Team names, logos and branding shown on this website belong to their owners and are used with their permission.

Information on this website is provided for convenience and may change. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
