What we collect

• When you pay online: your name, email address and the details you enter at checkout, such as the player's name and your payment details. Stripe processes the payment. We receive the payer's name and email, the amount, and limited payment details such as the card brand and last four digits. We never receive full card or bank account numbers.
• When you contact us: whatever you choose to send us.

How we use it

We use this information to process payments, keep accurate account and tax records, and contact you about fees and team activities.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our teams and business: with Stripe to process payments, with our accountants, with a team's coaches and managers when needed for that team, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This website does not collect information from children. Player information is handled by team management and is not posted on this website.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use analytics. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies for security and fraud prevention under Stripe's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep payment records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, generally seven years.
